"Life is a series of choices, don't fear making them."
This quote emphasizes the idea that life is a sequence of decisions we make, rather than events that simply happen to us. It encourages individuals not to be afraid of making choices, as they are integral parts of our personal growth and experiences. Fear can often prevent us from exploring new opportunities or taking risks, but this quote urges us to overcome that fear and embrace the freedom and empowerment that comes with decision-making. By seizing control of our choices, we shape our lives, learn valuable lessons, and ultimately, grow as individuals.

In other words, it encourages individuals to focus on what they can control (their reactions and attitudes) rather than being consumed by circumstances beyond their control.

By living day-by-day and tackling issues as they come up, one can find a sense of stability and resilience in an ever-changing world.
There needs to be more film directors of colour. They bandy about the word 'diversity' a lot, but when I say 'of colour,' I mean Asian, black - I mean people of all colour. We need to have those voices given the opportunity, not told that their films will not be distributed or will not sell well abroad.
